Our preclinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical testing far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the United States and conduct all studies in Kiev, UA where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our team in the U.S. consists only of the organization principals who deal directly with customers; we have no marketing expenses aside from our web site, and no central offices, administrative staff or other overhead to inflate prices. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev due to much lower labor rates and are able to offer our most attractive pricing for long-term and more intricate pre-clinical tests where labor is the greatest portion of the overall price. Because we utilize the same stable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and lab materials as other CROs, we have no cost savings on these materials and thus less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical trials.
